One crew, from the first cut to the last pour.

Most jobs pass through four or five trades before the ground is ready to build on. We do them under one roof — so grades tie out, utilities land where they should, and the concrete goes down on a site that was prepared to hold it. Fewer handoffs, one number to call.

  1. 01

    Earthwork

Mass excavation, demolition, cut & fill, rough grade.

  2. 02

    Utilities

  3. 03

  4. 04

A full-service excavating & site outfit.

The line items below are the phases we self-perform — the same list that has carried commercial, multifamily and single-family sites across Indiana since 2003.

Twenty-three years of finished ground.

These tiles are placeholders for a real gallery. At kickoff we'd shoot — or collect from you — photos of your actual jobs and drop them straight in.

A family firm, three generations deep.

S&S Keller Construction was incorporated in 2003 as a father-son-mother-daughter corporation, and the family is still the whole story. Patricia Keller runs the office; Stan Keller Sr. and Stan Keller Jr. run the ground. Between the members of the corporation there's more than 80 years of combined experience — and by their own count, work on over 5,000 units of single-family and multifamily housing.

That longevity is the pitch. When you hire S&S Keller you're not getting a rotating crew of subs — you're getting a family that has been moving northeast Indiana's dirt long enough to know what the ground here does.

The things people call to ask.

Do you do free estimates?

Yes — call the office or send the estimate form and we'll come look at the site. (Confirm your estimate policy at kickoff.)

Residential or commercial?

Both. We've done total site development and concrete on single-family homes, multifamily projects and commercial pads — over 5,000 units across the three.

Do you handle demolition and clearing?

Yes. Demolition, mass earthwork and site clearing are part of the sitework we self-perform.

What area do you cover?

Huntington County and the surrounding Fort Wayne region — see the service area above. Outside it? Call and ask; we've worked across Indiana and neighboring states.

Your website is invisible — even to people searching for you.

Right now, sskeller.com is caught in a redirect loop. Type it in and the browser bounces between sskeller.com and sskeller.online until it gives up with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. No one — no customer, no general contractor, no Google crawler — ever sees a page. The last time the site actually loaded was 2018.

So a business with an A+ BBB rating, three generations, and 5,000 units behind it is, on the open web, a phone number and nothing else. When a developer or homeowner searches "site work near Huntington," they find your competitors — because there's no working S&S Keller page to find.

  • 28% of US small businesses still have no working website; among contractors it runs 45–56%. A broken site counts the same as none.Clutch, State of Small Business Websites 2025; b2bleadfinder 2025/26.
  • 24/7 A working site takes estimate requests around the clock and ranks in the Google map pack — the two things a dead domain can't do.
  • 1 fix You already own the address. This is a rebuild on sskeller.com, not a new domain to buy — retire the stray redirect and put a real site where it points.

From a dead redirect to a site that works.

Today — verified Aug 2026. Nothing loads.
The concept above — fast, mobile-first, found on Google.

A real site, built for how Huntington searches.

A fast, mobile-first site — hero, capabilities, service area, work gallery and an estimate form — plus the local-SEO groundwork that gets you found: Google Business Profile setup, "GeneralContractor" structured data, SSL, and edge hosting that loads instantly on a phone.

All-inclusive plan

  • Design, build & copy — all included
  • Hosting, SSL, backups & uptime
  • Ongoing edits & site care
  • Google Business Profile setup

Or own it outright

Own-it plan

~$2,900build + $59/mo

One-time build, then a low monthly for hosting & care.

  • You own the site outright
  • $59/mo covers hosting, SSL & care
  • Same fast edge hosting
  • Content migration & edits included

How that compares: local agencies charge $3,000–$6,000 to build, managed website services run $299–$450/mo, and WP Engine alone is $30–$50/mo for raw hosting with no site and no support. Every plan includes a care plan — a site is never left to rot. Figures are a market-anchored estimate; the final number is confirmed on a 15-minute call.

sskeller.com you already own it

No new domain to buy — best case. We rebuild on the address you've had for 20 years and retire the .online redirect that's breaking it.

Straight answers

How long until it's live?

About two to three weeks once we have your content and photos — see the timeline below.

Do I own the site, or rent it?

Your call. Own it outright with the one-time plan, or go $0-down monthly. Either way you own your domain.

What does the monthly cover?

Hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, security and ongoing edits. Not a hidden fee — it's how the site stays fast and current.

What happens to my current domain?

We keep sskeller.com, fix the redirect loop, and point it at the new site. You lose nothing.
